We are Thanet Urban Forest, dedicated to greening the Isle of Thanet by planting trees and building green infrastructure. We collaborate with communities to deliver sustainable urban forests and nature-rich spaces.
We aim for inclusive, community-led projects, with volunteers active across 11 sites and over 3,000 trees planted. Our team brings local knowledge, practical experience, and a proven track record in urban forestry.

For most gardens, a fortnightly cut throughout the growing season — roughly March through to October — keeps things looking their best. We can arrange regular maintenance visits to suit your garden and schedule.
We clear and take away all green waste as part of our service. Your garden is left neat and tidy — no clippings, cuttings, or bags left behind for you to deal with.
Yes, we hold full public liability insurance. You can have complete peace of mind knowing all work carried out on your property is properly covered.
Both — we're happy to help with one-off tidy-ups, seasonal clearances, and individual projects, as well as setting up a regular ongoing maintenance programme. There's no pressure to commit to anything long-term.
